I do competition prep training for competitors from all over the world. The process is very similar to my online training but I invest more time into my competitors. In order to get you ready for the stage we have to pay attention to EVERY detail and that requires more frequent check ins from you and more information from me.
1.) A consultationvia email where I will review information that I request and give you my professional opinion for a timeline of a competition. I base this decision on two factors
1.) Your health- I will not give the okay to do a competition that you will have to crash diet for and
2.) My expertise of the sport- I want you to look your best and I will give you a realistic timeframe of when you can be competitive.
2.) A customized training program consisting of lifting and cardio 4-6 days per week.
3.) A meal plan/macronutrient guidelines and supplement recommendations (I recommend very few)
4.) Weekly check-ins and sometimes twice a week as the competition gets closer.
5.) Critiquing of posing videos that you send me throughout prep.
6.) Tanning advice, suit selection help and answers to the millions of questions that you will have about competing.
* A typical prep usually last 12-16 weeks.

HIIT Cardio Bootcamp

Personal/ Small Group Training
- Individual (45 min- 1 hour session) - $100 per session
- Group (3 to 6 per group) - $25 per person per session
4.) Posing Classes
I offer posing classes at Dimond Fitness for figure and bikini competitors. During the class we run through a “mock competition” and I answer all competition related questions for first time competitors. I help each person individually with their posing and help determine what is best for their individual physique.
The cost is $15 per person.
Wear a suit and heels or sports bra, shorts and heels.
The schedule is TBD but we will have several classes leading up to the Spring competitions on weekend afternoons during Feb-May and again leading up to fall competitions in July-Sept. Dates and times will be posted here as soon as they are available.
